With a remarkable career as Anesthesiologist, Intensivist & Hospital Management team member over 40 years, he has been an effective catalyst in efficient hospital management, successful surgeries, quality improvement in numerous multispecialty, tertiary care hospitals. He has vast experience in quality management, hospital administration & various accreditations.
He has also served as a much respected & efficient trainer in medical, nursing paramedical protocols in many hospitals. He has been honored with accolades for his work by Indian Medical Association, Thane, Indian Society of Anesthesiologists, National & Maharashtra, and Rotary Club.
As Chief Medical Director & Advisor, of Shree Mahavir Jain Hospital & Shri. Pratap J. Ashar Cardiac Centre, Thane, he aims to offer accessible and quality medical care to patients across a diverse socio-economic strata at virtually nominal costs. His focus is clear – to bring quality healthcare to common man.
Mrs. Trishna Manna
Nursing Superintendent
A nursing professional with a seasoned career spanning over 30+ years , where a major part was spent as a Military Nursing Officer (MNS). She’s had the privilege to acquire an in-depth knowledge of advanced technologies, equipment and relevant medical terminology during her time there. She is also a registered Nurse with Diploma Certificates in General Nursing and Midwifery from Armed Forces Medical Services.
Since retirement, for the past 2+ years, she has had the opportunity to work as a Nursing Superintendent (NS) in civil hospital in Calcutta and Mumbai as NS & has been actively engaged in streamlining services within the Hospitals. She has implemented appropriate nursing interventions for emergency medical cases, ensured maintenance of proper records, promoted and implemented proper Nursing Quality Assurance activities, including scheduling and implementing methods of effective nursing care services.
